Substations

We design and construct Air Insulated (AIS) and Gas Insulated (GIS) substations up to 400 kV.
Each substation is built with precision, from foundations and switchgear erection to protection, automation, and SCADA integration, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with electrical standards.

Distribution Networks

RNS ENGINEERS undertakes medium- and low-voltage distribution network projects, including underground cabling, rural electrification, feeder separation, and metering systems. Our focus is to enhance grid stability, reduce losses, and improve power availability to end users.

Renewable & Grid Integration

We support renewable developers with grid connectivity and evacuation systems for solar, wind, and hybrid plants.
Our services include transmission line extensions, pooling substations, and grid synchronization systems that ensure smooth renewable power evacuation.

Engineering & Design Support

Our in-house engineering team uses advanced tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, DigiSilent, and PVSyst for route planning, load flow studies, and detailed design. Services include:

Fabrication & Manufacturing Support

With in-house fabrication capabilities, RNS ENGINEERS produces towers, gantries, and steel structures that meet quality and dimensional standards.
We maintain tight process control for welding, galvanization, and surface treatment as per ISO 3834 and relevant BIS/IEC codes

EPC with Financing Support

For select clients, we assist with EPC + financing models, leveraging partnerships and credit support mechanisms to enable faster project mobilization and execution.
